The Comp. was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 9th May 1989 & was involved in the business of trading of woollen yarn & garments on a small scale. It was converted into public limited Comp. on 1st April 1991. The Comp. belongs to the well known 'LWS Group' of Ludhiana which consists of M/s. LWS Knitwear limited & a partnership firm namely M/s. LWS Knitwear. Presently the Comp. is mainly engaged in trading activities in hosiery knitwears.
