History of Labh Construction and Industries Ltd.

M/s Labh Construction Limited [LABHs] was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on 18th January, 1989 in the State of Gujarat. The Comp. was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 18th April, 199 vide the fresh Certificate of Incorporation obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The Comp. is the Flagship Comp. of the LABH group based at Ahmedabad & is engaged in the activities of real estate development & construction.

LABH group is one of leading groups in Ahmedabad engaged predominantly in construction activities, having successfully completed several prestigious residential/commercial schemes in & around Ahmedabad.

PROJECTS EXECUTED

Till the year 1992-93, various construction projects taken up by group were either in the name of Comp. or in the name of other Companies/firms of group. However, from 199-94, the group has consolidated all its projects in the name of Comp. 'LABH' only.

Thus the projects already executed by group can be divided into two categories

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY

Apart from the construction activities, the Comp. also has a quarry division where stone aggregates are produced & are used for captive consumption at various projects of Company.

The Comp. has also recently acquired development rights from five quarry lessors for a period of 5 years for mining of granite slabs. The Comp. intends to sell unfinished granite blocks either locally or in the export market.
