1992 - The Comp. issued 56,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par.

- Equity shares held by promoters.

1993 - 18,60,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each allotted to promoters at par on firm allotment & 56,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each at par allotted to the public through public issue.
