Leafin India Limited was incorporated on 27th March, 1986 & certificate of commencement of business was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on 16th April, 1986.

The Comp. is headquartered in Hyderabad, & operates mainly in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

With a view to expanding its activities to Maharashtra, Karnataka & Goa, & to augment the long term future requirements of Comp. to meet the growing demand for consumer credit & to increase the capital base in order to raise more working capital from fiancial institutions, the Comp. made a public issue in April, 1991.
