YEAR EVENTS 1988 - Lee and Nee Softwares [Exportss] limited [LNSELs] is incorporated on 18th November, with the main object of setting up a 100% Software export oriented unit at Bhubaneshwar and Calcutta primarily to offer cost effective & quality software solution to the overseas clients.

- The Comp. is promoted by a group of professionals and businessmen with vast experience. The promoters includes S.M. Gupta, Shirish Anjaria, B.N. Srivastava, Vinod Goyal. The Comp. is engaged in development of package software and turnkey projects and Customised packages.

- The Comp. has developed some useful packages viz: OPTI-FINANCE, OPTI-COST, TAXMAN, CODEX, FOLIO MANAGER, SHARE PROCESS, FR-OFF, IMAGE SECRET, COAL HANDLER.

1993 - The Comp. has made the export of its own products developed In-house in Software Technology Park, Bhubaneswar in the Asian Market.

- US firm Kick Communications Inc & Lee and Nee Softwares [Exportss] Ltd is entring into a 50:50 joint venture to launch a new Comp. Kick Communications India Ltd.

- Lee and Nee has set up a chain of e-commerce centres in Calcutta & is now expanding its network to over 33 cities & towns.

2001 - Lee and Nee Softwares [Exports] limited has launched aapkidukaan.com, a Web-based shopping mall catering to business to consumers & business to business sectors.

2002-Lee and Nee Softwares Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of Mr Shrish Anjaria from the Directorship of Comp. with effect from April 1, 2002.
