The Comp. was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on June 3, 1988 & was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 13, 1991 was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. The Comp. is registered with Ministry of Textiles, Textile Commissioner Office for manufacture of Texturised Yarn. The Comp. commenced production in April 1990.
