Lippi Systems Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956 on the 8th October, 1993 under the name of LIPPI SYSTEMS LIMITED in the state of Gujarat & converted into Public Limited Comp. by passing Special Resolution on 20th October, 1993 & Fresh Certificate of incorporation has been issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 2nd November, 1993.

The Comp. now plans to set up a plant for manufacturing of rotogravure printing cyclinderat New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate, Village Moraiya, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad. To implement the project, the Comp. has already acquired land & entered into agreement with the contractor for building contruction. The Comp. has also finalized orders with suppliers for major Plant and Machinery.
