Lloyd Rockfibres Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Companies vide Certificate of Incorporation No 18-18143 issued by Registrar of Tamil Nadu at Madras on 6th October 1989 & subsequently converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 27th December 1993 & fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued. The Comp. is in the business of manufacturing Rockwool Minerawool Matressess. Slabs and Pipe Sections. The existing installed capacity of Plant is 7500 MT Per Annum. The Commercial Production commenced on 1st July, 1994 when it established a Rockwool Mineralwool Plant with the Term Loan Assistance of Rs. 310 lacs on consortium basis from IFCI [Rs. 185 Lacss] & ICICI [Rs 125 Lacss].
