Madhur Housing Finance Ltd.
M/s. Madhur Housing Finance Limited was incorporated as a public limited Comp. on 14-06-1995 at Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat under The Companies Act, 1956 & the certificate for commencement of business was granted on 21-06-1995 by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
The main object of Comp. is to provide affordable ownership houses by lending as per the stipulated norms with regard to pricing of credit, volume of credit & are of dwelling unit. The Comp. has identified housing finance as its main activity & for that the Comp. is in the process of identifying groups, institutions etc., & proposes to finance upto of Rs. 900 lacs in the first year as per projections stated elsewhere in this prospectus.
