YEAR EVENTS 1988 - The Comp. was incoporated on 26th October as Private Limited Comp. by name of Jeewan Roller Flour Mills Private Limted & converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 20th April 1992. The name of Comp. was changed to Mahavira Foods Limited 14.10.1992.

- The Comp. having a product of Maida, suji, Atta & Bran has intalled a Roller Flour mill with installed Capacity of 100 TPD. This project was jointly financed by Harayana Finance Corporation & Harayana State Industrial Development Corporation Limited.

- The Comp. is presently implementing the expansion scheme for increasing the installed capacity from 100 TPD to 150 TPD & no commercial activity is going on.

- The Comp. has been promoted by Sri. Naresh Kumar Jain & his wife Smt. Rekha Jain.

2000 - Haryana Financial Corporation has taken over the land and building & plant and machinery of Comp. situated at Bawal, Dist. Rewari, Haryana.
