NDA Securities Limited was incorporated on 21st September, 1992 with Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana & obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 1st October, 1992.

Since incorproation the Comp. is engaged in the business of Securities Trading & Investments. On 1st January, 1994 Comp. got registration with SEBI as category III Merchant banker. The application has been made for Category i registration to SEBI on 28th March 1994. The Comp. had also applied for membership of National Stock Exchange on 4th March, 1994 & the same has been granted in the capital market segment.

Presently, the Comp. is engaged in the business of Securities Trading and Investments & Merchant Banking including the underwriting & issue advisory services. The Comp. has received registration as category III merchant banker w.e.f. 1st January, 1994.
