The Comp. was carrying business under the name and style of M/s Natco Polyplast with its principal place of business at Ahmedabad. The partnership came into existence w.e.f. 2nd October, 1992 & firm started commercial production in April 1994, & for sake of smooth working, better and efficient management & advancement of business, the said partnership firm has been converted & incorporated under section 566 of chapter IX to Companies Act 1956, as NATCO POLYPLAST LTD. on 1st June, 1994, & obtained certificate of commencement on 21st June, 1994. The net asset of firm were taken at book value without any revaluation. The partners of erstwhile firm have been allotted Equity shares of Rs.23.75 lacs at par in the company.
