The Comp. was incorporated in during the year 1983 & floated the shares to the market in 1988.
1987-1989 - Mahindra and Mahindra [Tractor divisions] have already placed order for steering linkages engineers from Telco, Eicher Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra [Jeep divisions] have inspected the factory for evaluating the capacity to meet their requirements. During the year the Comp. received balance amount of Rs. 5 per share which increased the issued & paid up capital of company.
1990-1991 - The products of Comp. have been approved & accepted by O E Manufactures & established in the Replacement Market. Supplies of products for Tractor Industry has been received with favourable response & the Comp. is hopeful of continuing to cater to the needs of this segment of market. The Comp. has targeted to meet the demands of heavy commercial & passenger vehicles manufacturers in their requirements of Steering Linkage & Ball Joints. Necessary testing facilities have been developed & installed.
1991-1992 - The Comp. could establish a high precision engineering base in the manufacture of Tie Rods & Drag Links to meet the demands of four wheeler automobile industry general.
1996-97 - The Comp. has been declared as a Sick Industrial Comp. within the meaning of Clause [os] of Sub Section [1s] of Section 3 of Sick Industrial Companies [Special Provisionss] Act, 1985 & the Revival Scheme approved by 'BIFR' is under implementation.
