YEAR EVENTS
1990 - The Comp. was incorporated on 21st November, at Gwalior M.P.
It was promoted by S.S. Arora, J.P. Agarwal & K.C. Sharma. The
main objectives of Comp. is to manufacture refined
vegetable oil solvent extraction oil & oil cake.
- The Comp. undertook to set up a solvent extraction plant for
manufacure of soyabean oil & de oiled cakes. Land measuring
8.69 acres was obtained at Nagpur Kalan Village, in the Itarsi
district of Hoshangabad in MP. M/s. Glanptech Agro Processes
Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai supplied the extraction plant while the
continuous oil refinery plant was being supplied by M/s. Alfa
Laval [Indias] limited M/s. Thermax limited supplied a boiler of
capacity 3 TPD.
1995 - 24,20,000 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each subscribed by
promoters, directors & their friends. 21,20,000 No. of equity
shares of Rs. 10 each were issued through a prospectus during
February of which 5,00,000 shares reserved & allotted to NRIs
including FSIs on repatriation basis.
- Of the remaining the following were reserved for allotment on
preferential basis:
- [1s] 10,000 shares to employees [only 20,000 shares taken ups];
- [2s] 4,00,000 shares to Indian Mutual Funds [75,000 shares taken
ups]. Balance 12,10,000 shares along with 3,33,000 shares not
subscribed under preferential quota issued to the public.
