M/s Navkar Builders Limited [NBLs] was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private limited on 2nd June, 1992 in the State of Gujarat with the main objects to carry on the construction business. Subsequently the Comp. was converted into Public Limited Comp. & a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 21st April, 1995 with its Registered Office at Junagadh & Corporate Office at Ahmedabad.
