1988 - Nijjer Agro Food Ltd was established to set up tomato paste manufacturing plant & is a joint sector Comp. & promoted by Wassan Singh Nijjer, Satbir Nijjer & Navdeep Nijjer. It is producer & exporters of chile products including red chile puree, chile sauce, chile powder.

2005 - Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction [BIFRs] had declared that Nijjer Agro Foods Ltd was no longer a sick company. The Comp. had entered into the expansion phase & manufacturing new products for all multinational food group Companies.

2007 - Members of annual general meeting had reappointed directors retiring by rotation.
