The Comp. was incorporated on 26th February, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a 'Nila Builders Pvt Ltd' with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad & converted into Public Limited Comp. on 16th December, 1994 & change of name certificate obtained on 20th December, 1994.
