NILE LIMITED was originally incorporated as a private limited Comp. with the name Navabharat Industrial Linings & Equipment Private Limited on 18th May, 1984 & was later converted to a public limited Comp. with the name Navabharat Industrial Linings & Equipment Limited. The name of Comp. has been changed to NILE LIMITED with the approval of Central Government vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 16-09-1994.

The Comp. commenced commercial production in July, 1987 & has been engaged in the primary objective of manufacture of glass lining of equipment for use in the bulk drug, pesticide, insecticide, dyastuff, chemical & fine chemical industries.
