History of
Noble Explochem Ltd.
The Comp. was incorporated on 22nd March, 1982 at Bombay. It was promoted jointly by State Industrial & Investment Corporation of Maharashtra limited & Akliebolaget Bofors, Nebel Chemator. Sweden, Dyno Industries A/s of Norway & Swedish Fund for Industrial co-operation with Developing Countries [Swedens].
The main objects of Comp. is to manufacture nitro glycerine based Industrial explosives.
The Comp. entered into Joint Sector agreement with BOFORS & a technical collaboration agreement for process know-how for manufacturing of Nytro-Glycerine based Industrial explosives, basic agricultural & building construction drawing with layout plans, detailed specifications & drawing for all equipments.
