The Comp. was incorporated on 11th January, 1994 as Private Limited Company, for setting up a Floriculture unit. It was converted into Public Limited Comp. by passing a special resolution in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on 19th February 1994 & obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation on 31/3/1994 upon conversion.

For the Floriculture unit, the Comp. proposes to instal a green house at Sanoor village, Moodabidri, South Kanara District, Karnataka State. The green house is being supplied, installed & commissioned by M/s DALSEM KASSENBOUW B.V., Holland. ANTHURIUM KWEKERIJ B.V. Holland. The Comp. has entered in to development cum participation agreement with the promoters for utilising the land required for project for an intial period of 15 years to be renewed for a further period at the instance of Company.
