The Comp. was incorporated on 16th November, 1988 as Nouveau Consultancy Services Private Limited, under the Act. The Comp. was later issued a fresh certificate of incorporation, on 10th February, 1995, by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, consequent to the change of name to Nouveau Finance pvt. limited It was later converted into a Public Limited Comp. & the name was changed to Nouveau Finance Limited by passing a Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 24th June, 1995 & a fresh Certificate of, Incorporation was obtained from the Registrar on 11th July, 1995.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY [AS SET OUT IN ITS MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATIONs]

1. To carry on the business as Advisors and/or consultants in the fields of finance, production, personnel, marketing, administration, processing, storage, legal, accounting, distribution & offering technical know-how, training of personnel to any authority Government/Semi-Government/Municipal or otherwise & to develop establish & practice latest/improved methods & procedures, guidelines, technics for industrial, commercial, business and/or administrative purposes.

SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY:

Nouveau Finance Limited is a Member of Capital Market Segment of National Stock Exchange of India & doing broking business. However, in view of stipulation made by the National Stock Exchange of India for exclusivity of broking business. Nouveau Finance Limited formed a wholly owned subsidiary company, Nouveau Shares and Securities private Limited [incorporated on October 20, 1994s] to carry out such braking activities. The Comp. applied to National Stock Exchange to transfer its NSE membership card in the name of its Subsidiary & the same has been received as on 5th September, 1995.

So far no commercial activities have been started by Nouveau Shares and Securities Private Limited.e
