Numero Uno Finance Limited was incorporated on 18th July, 1990 as a Private Limited Comp. in the name & style of Numero Uno Housing and Finance Private Limited & subsequently it was converted to a Limited Comp. on 21st May, 1992 with a subsequent change in its name to Numero Uno Finance limited on 22nd May, 1992.
