History of Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd.

YEAR EVENTS 1994 - Fiduciary Capital was incorporated as a private limited company in the State of Maharashtra on 22nd March. It was converted into a public limited Comp. vide special resolution passed at its Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting held on 2nd August.

- The Certificate of change of name consequent upon the conversion of Comp. into a limited Comp. was issued on 2nd September. As the Comp. was incorporated as a private limited Company, no certificate of commencement of business has been issued.

- The Comp. is engaged in the business of financial services and its main activities are Investment Banking services and Investment Management Services.

1995 - The Comp. has been authorised by SEBI as Category i Merchant Banker. The Comp. has also entered into a technical collaboration with Bernard Herold and Co. U.S.A.

1996-98 NO NEWS

1999 - The Comp. entered into IT-enabled services, with a focus on medical transcription to cater, to the US markets.

2000 - The Comp. has informed that Omega Portals Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, is in the process of negotiating with venture capital funds which have evinced an interest in taking up a stake in the equity of Omega Portals Ltd.

2002-Omega Interactive Technologies Ltd has informed that Mr Rupesh Samani, Comp. Secretary is no longer in the services of Company. The Comp. has appointed Mr Rajiv Kamat as the Compliance Officer.
