Orient Vegetexpo limited [OVLs] was incorporated on January 27, 1994 as a limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956. The Comp. got Certificate for Commencement of Business on February 25, 1994 under section 149[3s] of Companies Act, 1956.

The main objects of Comp. as stated in the Memorandum of Association of Comp. is as under.

1. To carry on the business of agriculture, cultivation & farming, sericulture, horticulture, tissue culture & gardens in all their branches & to raise, plant, cultivate, grow, produce buy, sell, import, export or otherwise trade or deal in & with crops, trees, plants including garden plants, plantation crops, vines, seeds, roots, flowers fruits, vegetables, grains, oils, garden produce, milk & dairy products of every description, all kinds of farm products & by products of soil weather in manufactures form or otherwise.

2.
