HISTORY OF THE COMPANY R.T.Exports Limited [RTELs] was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 1st May 1980 & converted to a public limited Comp. with effect from 18th December 1992.The Comp. has been engaged in the business of export & import of agricultural products since incorporation. The sales of Comp. have increased from Rs .32 lacs in 1980-81 to Rs 878.36 lacs in 1992-93.The Comp. was a partner during 1984-1992 in M/S Rice Land .M/S Rice Land was engaged in the business of warehousing of agricultural commodities .Further the Comp. was also a partner of M/S Tulsidas during 1989-92.
