History of RFL International Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, as a Private Limited Comp. on 10-9-92 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat as Rujul Leasing & Finance Private Limited & subsequently changed its name to Rujul Finance Private Limited vide special Resolution dtd. 17.2.95 & a fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent on Change of name has been issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, on 23-2-95. It was subsequently converted into Public Limited Comp. vide resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 2-3-95 & obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 2nd March, 1995.

The Comp. was incorporated with the main object to undertake all kinds of financial operations including equity participations & to provide investment, financial & corporate services like Leasing, Hire Purchase, Bill Discounting, Inter Corporate Deposits, Short Term Loans, etc.
