The Comp. was incorporated on 28.4.1988 as Radiant Rotogravure Pvt., limited The Comp. obtained fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name on 29th July, 1993. The Comp. has been promoted by Mr. S K Paharia, Mr M M Goenka & Mr U Kejariwal. RRL initially started its modest beginning in the year 1988 for manufacturing Polythene/polyester films & pouches by Rotogravure Printing Machine. During the first Financial year, the Comp. achieved the turnover of Rs. 24.26 lakhs. the line of activity was to supply packaging materials for packaging of tea, spices, fast food & deetergent etx. The Comp. exploited full growth potential of flexible packaging industry & achieved a turnover of Rs. 463.15 lakhs in the year 1994-95 thus achieving compounded growth rate of 63.5%. The Comp. increased capacity utilisation gradually & has also shown steady progress in operating profit margins & net profit margin.
