The Comp. got registration from Securities & Exchange Board of India as Category Merchant Banker in May 1993.The Comp. also got approval for Membership of National Stock Exchange & the said membership is taken in the name of Company subsidiary, namely Gopika Financers Comp. Limited.

PUBLIC ISSUE

The Comp. went for a Public Issue of 33,30,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 eachat a premium of Rs.5 per share of Comp. during the month of March '94

The Comp. had the following subsidiaries.
