History of Raghava Estates Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated as RAGHAVA ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED On 25.11.1988, under the companies Act 1956, and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company vide special resolution dated 19.09.1994. The company received the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 31.01.1995 Consequent to this the name of Comp. was changed to 'RAGHAVA ESTATES LIMITED.'

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

The main objects of Comp. as contained in Memorandum of the Association are :

1. to purchase, sell, develop, take in, exchange or on lease hire or otherwise acquire, whether for investment of sale working the same any real or personal estate, including lends, mines, factory, buildings, mills, houses, cottages, shops, depots, warehouses, machinery, plant, stock, stock-in-trade, mineral rights, concessions, privileges, licenses easement or interest in or with respect to any property whatsoever for purpose of the company in consideration for a gross sum or rent or partly in one way & partly in other or for any other consideration.

2 To carry on business as proprietors of flats and buildings & to let on lease or otherwise apartments therein & to provide for conveniences commonly provided in flats, suites & residential & business quarters.
