Ragsan Petrochem Limited was incorporated on 23rd December, 1993 & obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 3rd January, 1994. The Registered Office is at Pedda Kandukur Village, Yadagiri Gutta Mandal, Aler, Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh.

The Comp. is presently in the business of Bottling of LPG & supplying to both domestic & commercial users. The Comp. plans to put up 3 mini bottling plants in the Districts of Nalgonda, Kurnool & Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

The main objects of Comp. as setout in the Memorandum & Articles of Association include:

1. To manufacture, produce, buy, sell & deal in gases of all types like liquified petroleum gas [LPGs] for domestic & otherwise cooking purposes & gasses of all types & description, viz, oxygen, acetylene, argon, nitrogen, carbon di-oxide, freon, argon & coke, tar mobile oil & all other bye-products produced on manufacturing gas, & to do all other businesses which are usually carried on by gas companies.

2. To construct, erect, lay out, install, acquire, maintain, alter & run gas works, machinery, plant, pipes, condensers, appliances in this behalf.
