History of Raj Irrigation Pipes and Fittings Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 9.4.1984 in the state of Maharashtra under the name M/s Raj Pipes Pvt. limited as a private limited company. It became a deemed public Comp. by virtue of section 43 A of Companies Act 1956 on 4.12.1989.

Susequently on 20.1.1992 the company status was changed to a Public Limited company. The name of Comp. was changed to Raj Irrigation Pipes And Fittings Limited on 18.2.1992 & a fresh certificate of incorporation of change in name has been issued.

The Comp. since its incorporation is engaged in the manufacture of Rigid PVC Pipes used for irrigation & water supply purposes. The company products are well accepted in the market.
