Rajdoot Paints Limited [RPLs] is a Comp. incorporated on November 1,1975 as a Private Ltd Company. It became deemed Public Comp. U/S 43A of Companies Act, 1956 & deleted the word 'Private' from the certificate of incorporation by Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana on 27th September, 1985. Subsequently the shareholders of Comp. passed a special resolution on 17th August, 1992 for deleting the restrictive clause u/s 3[1s][iiis] of Companies Act, 1956 & as such the Comp. became a Public limited Comp. with in the meaning of Section 3[1s][ivs] of Act with the object of manufacturing & trading in Paints & other allied products for Domestic & Industrial use. The factory is located at Sikandrabad [U.P.s]. Total Installed Capacity of Plant is 8 lacs Ltrs. of Paints, 21 lacs Ltrs. of Varnish & 1500 M.T of Dry colours. [12000 MT from the year 1993-94s].

Rajdoot Paints Limited is a Comp. promoted by Mr. K.S.Dhingra, Mr.G.S. Dhingra and their Associates. Promoters of Comp. have three decades of experience in Paint business. They have been in this line since a long time. Over this period they have established a network of dealers within the country. The Comp. has also set up its own marketing outlets in the different parts of country.

The Comp. has wide range of products which has its application in Domestic and Industrial use. The Comp. markets its products under the brand name RAJDOOT, SPRED & YAK. The company products have already established brand loyalty & awareness in the market.
