History of Rajkumar Forge Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on 22nd June, 1990 & converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 22nd April, 1991, under the Act with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, at Bombay.

The Comp. has set up a plant for manufacture of open die forged components with piece weight upto 10 mt per piece, with a licensed capacity of 10,000 tonnes per annum.

The Comp. has been promoted by Shri R S Kothavale, a technocrat entrepreneur, along with Shri P B Kore, Shri N Ramakrishna & Shri A S Kothavale. Shri R S Kothavale, the Managing Director of Company, is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer having about 28 years of experience in the Forging industry.

The management of Comp. vests with the Board & Directors, comprising eminent professionals & executives. Shri N K Prasad is the Chairman of Company. He holds a post graduate degree in Commerce. The day-to-day management of Comp. is being looked after by Shri R S Kothavale, the Managing Director of Comp. under the overall supervision of Board.
