The Comp. manufactures all types of moulded brake linings & clutch facings, springs, machinery components parts, accessories for motor vehicles, railways, aeroplanes & other conveyances of all types.
The Comp. entered into technical collaboration with Small and Parkes Ltd., Manchester, UK for a period of 10 years from 1st July, 1965 in relation to Don linings & clutch facings & right to use the trade , mark 'DON' in brake & clutch linings.
During 1982, the Comp. concluded a technical aid agreement with Laylock Engineering Ltd., a subsidiary of GKN to expand the product range of clutches.
During 1992, Sri Auto Parts Ltd merged with the company.
Glendale Investments Ltd., became a wholly owned subsidiary of Comp. during 1983. This subsidiary started leasing business during 1984.
