Rank Aqua Estates limited was incorporated on March 20, 1989 as Rank Aqua Estates Pvt. limited in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, & was later converted into a public limited Comp. with effect from January 25, 1992.

The Comp. is establishing an aquaculture project consisting of hatchery, grow-out farm & processing plant. The Comp. has acquired 172 hectares of land in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh for purpose.
