Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited was incorporated on January 10, 1984 under the Companies Act, 1956 by Mr Rajiv Kapoor & Mrs. Deepika Kapoor, Promoters of Company, as a Private Limited Comp. & converted into Public Limited Comp. on January 18, 1993.
