History of Rasik Plast Ltd.

Rasik Plast Ltd was incorporated on 19th February, 1991 as a Public Limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956 & the Certificate for commencement of Business was obtained on 12th March, 1991.

The firm started manufacture of HDPE Conbtainers from 0.5 to 5 litre capacity with an installed capacity of 60 tpa which was later increased to 300 tpa. The Comp. has taken over the business of firm w.e.f 1st October, 1991 & running the business tof the firm as its unit.

The Comp. has no subsidiaries.
