The Comp. was incorporated as a Public Limited Comp. on 24th July 1991 & is in the assisted sector with the PICUP [Pradeshiya Industrial & Investment Corporation of UPs]. The company Vanaspati Plant at village Gajraula, Amroha Dt. has installed Capacity of 62.5 tons per day.

During the period 199603 to 199706, production was suspended for about six months on Acc. of stoppage of Edible Oil supplies by suppliers. Production cresumed only from Feb. 1997. The Comp. has arranged to sell its vanaspati under the brands of SIEL limited It is also selling under its own brand name. The Comp. reasons that the profits are under high pressure because of its overcapacity.
