YEAR EVENTS 1990 - The Comp. was Incorporated on 29th October, 1990 as a private limited Comp. & became public limited on 29th April 1992. The Comp. has been promoted by Shri P. Srinivas Reddy, Shri Neelam Jayanth Reddy & Shri Loka Manohar Reddy for manufacturing granite tiles.

- The Company main object is to process granite & manufacture granite tiles.

1993 - The Comp. came out with a public issue of Rs.10 each at par aggreegating Rs.6.37 crores to part finance its expansion of tiles capacity from 43158 sq. mtrs. to 81600 sq. mtrs. per annum.
