The Comp. was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. on 6th August, 1983 under the name of Ravlon Pen Comp. Private limited Later it was converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 08/03/91 & its name was changed into Ravlon Pen Comp. Ltd.

The Company existing licenced capacity registered with Directorate General of Technical Development is 5760 lacs Ballpens tips with an installed capacity of 4104 lakhs ballpen tips per annum. Over the period of 5 years since commercial production the Comp. has developed backard integration facilities & also indigenised most of parts of tips making process machines.

Over the years the Comp. has successfully developed the necessary expertise & has consolidated its strength by backward integration, thereby reducing the cost of production.

The Comp. is making projects in its existing operations & the proposed project is to expand its existing capacities to cater to the assured export market.
