The Comp. was originally incorporated as a Pvt. limited Comp. on 1st January 1992 with Mrs. Narayanan & Mrs.S. Balasubramanian as the first directors of company. The Comp. commenced its business activities with investment in shares & securities. In September 1994, Mr.Dinesh Gupta, Mr.Satish Kusumbiwal & associates took over the controlling interest in the Comp. by acquiring 9920 Equity Shares at the rate of Rs.11/- per share. The Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. with effect from 30th September 1994.
