Rencal Chemicals [Indias] Ltd., was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 28th November, 1986 by a group of technocrats having wide experience in the field of Chemicals & Engineers. The Comp. commenced commercial production in May 1988. Over the next three years the Comp. overcame all teething troubles & stabilised its manufacturing operation.
