The Comp. obtained the Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur on 16.04.1993 & the certificate to commence business on 03.06.93. The Comp. is setting up a project to manufacture strong & lager beer.

The Comp. exported 170,000 watches under the brand name H.M.I. to Dubai [U.A,E,s] during the year 1993-94 & earned a profit of Rs. 28.99 lacs. The Comp. has not made any sales in 1994-95 since it has been involved in the establishment of brewery project. With regard to the brewery project, it has completed the following activities:

i. Selection of plant site

ii. Acquiring leasehold land from RIICO

iii. Appointment of architect & civil consultant

iv. Development of land

v. Civil works

vi. Entering into a turnkey contract with Alfa Laval [Indias] Ltd..

vii. Obtaining NOC from the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board.
