History of Rotoflex Industries Ltd.

YEAR EVENTS 1984 - The Comp. was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Comp. in the name of Nilkamal Poly Packaging Private Limited on 14th September.

- During September, 1984 to July, 1987, the Comp. was in the pre-operative stages & this time was utilised for setting up the manufacturing facilities. The Present business of the Comp. is manufacture of Multi Layer Co-extruded Films.

- The Comp. has been promoted by Shri Suresh G. Keswani. The new project is jointly promoted by Shri Suresh G. Keswani, Shri Gopichand B. Keswani, Shri Kishinchand H. Rohra & Shri Lachhmandas H. Rohra.

1992 - The Comp. was converted into Public Limited on 6th June, for which fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 19th June.

1994 - The name of Comp. was changed to Rotoflex Industries Limited vide certificate of change of name issued by Registrar of Companies on 18th April.

1995 - The Comp. Public Issue of 19,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 10/- per share aggregating to Rs. 390.00 lacs.

- During the year under review, the Comp. actively pursued its plans for setting up Flexible Laminated Films Project.
