ROYAL CUSHION VINYL PRODUCTS LTD. was incorporated on 21st November, 1983, as Private Limited Comp. & became a Deemed Public Limited with effect from 16th September, 1987. as per the provisions of Sections 43A of Companies Act, 1956. The Comp. was converted into Public Limited Comp. on 18th January, 1993.

The Comp. is in the business of manufacturing & marketing Cushion Vinyl Flooring material. It commenced operations in 1985 with an installed capacity of 22 lakh square metres p.a. The Comp. later installed additional machinery of Rs. 2.30 crores which has doubled the production capacity to 44 lakh square meters p.a.

The Comp. will be operating through two different units belonging to the Company.

The Comp. had not been involved in any labour unrest / litigations / defaults or closure of units.
