History of
Shri Ishar Agro Ltd.
The Comp. was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. for manufacture of Soyabean Oil & De-oiled cake on the 22nd November 1991. It was converted into a Public Limited Comp. by passing Special Resolution in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 29.10.92 & obtained Certificate from Registrar of Companies on the 13th November 1992. The Comp. has commenced commercial production from the 13th April 1993.
The Comp. has been promoted by Shri Sukhwant Singh, Shri Gurcharan Singh, & Shri Om Prakash Khandelwal has subsequently joined as Director of Company.
