Tirupti Texknit Ltd [TTLs], an existing dividend paying Comp. was incorporated as a public limited Comp. on 29th September, 1978 & obtained the certificate of commencement of business from the registrar of companies, Delhi & Haryana at Delhi on 30th November, 1978.

TTL was promoted by Shri Rikhab Chand Jain, the present Chairman and Managing Director, for manufacture & export of all kinds of hosiery goods & to carry on the business of spinning & weaving of material of natural and/or synthetic fibre & material woven from natural or synthetic fibre such as cotton, wool, silk & polyester.

The main activity of Comp. is to manufacture knitted cloth at its factory at Ghaziabad & to sell the knitted cloth to knitwear manufacturers & garment exporter under the popular brand name 'T.T'. The trade mark 'T.T.' is a well established brand in hosiery trade & the Comp. has acquired exclusive right to use it from the onwer of trade mark under a royalty agreement dated April 1, 1989.
