Tamilnadu Steel Tubes, a registered partnership firm was registered under part IX of Companies Act, 1956 & obtained a certificate of incorporation with No.7887 of 79 ib 13.07.79. All assets movable & immovable & rights, quotas, licenses, debts & all liabilities of parties in the said Partnership became vested in Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Private Limited, as on the date of incorporation of aforesaid Private Company. The Comp. became deemed Public Limited Comp. under provision of section 43A of Companies Act,1956 with effect from 01.04.1982. The Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. on 15th October, 1986.
