The Comp. was incorporated on 2nd September, 1985 & obtained the certificate of commencement of Business on 20th September, 1985.

It was promoted by Ravi Ghai, Ravi Kiran Aggarwal & Aditya Kiran Aggarwal.

It manufacture ready to serve foods & frozen vegetables.

During 1988-89, the Comp. undertook market survey & trials of innovative ready to serve [RTSs] food products Commercial production of green peas was also launched.

The Comp. also entered into contract with prestigious hotels for frozen vegetables.

In addition, the Comp. explored the possibility of export to USA, Japan, Canada etc & exports worth Rs.3.69 lakhs were made.

During 1989-90 , the Comp. proposed to undertake manufacture of ice-cream with the existing infrastructure.

The Comp. entered into an agreement with Kwality Frozen Foods Private Limited for distribution of its products.

2001 - Tasty Bite has launched universally favoured pav bhaji in the southern region.
