1986 - Teesta agro industries limited was incorporated as a public limited Comp. by Sri Hardev Singh, a technocrat. The Comp. mainly deals with the manufacturing of Phosphatic base fertilizer, mixture fertilizers, micronutrients & sulphuric acid etc.

2005 - Books of Comp. were remained closed from 27th September to 30th September due to the annual general meeting of company.

- Mr Paramdeep Singh & Mr R C Wadhwa were reappointed as directors of company.

- Mr Prem Singh was appointed as director of company.

- Comp. had entered into a joint venture with EL-NASAR Mining Comp. Ltd of Egypt to built a USD1,000,000,000 fertilizer plant, near the Egyptian capital of Cairo.

2007 - Comp. had taken an extension of time of about 80 days from ROC to conduct its annual general meeting for year.
